How is it already almost 7?! I’ve been off work and sleeping since 430. Man, I gotta get up. I’ve got shit to do and wanna do stairs in the hills before it gets dark.

And I’m starving. Need good food.

I am making this tonight.
I eat oatmeal every day and I am starting to get sick of it; so I am going to switch it up a little.** I am going to use almond milk and greek yogurt though instead of regular dairy. I also think I am going to cut out the honey or at least only use half of what they recommend. 
Dry ingredients:2 cups old fashion oats1/2 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp salt1 tsp allspice1/2 tsp cinnamon
Wet ingredients:2 1/2 cups sliced fruit1 cup milk1 cup plain yogurt2 eggs1/4 cup maple syrup, honey, brown sugar, or sugar
Preheat oven to 350F. Spray nonstick spray on a 8x8 baking dish (or equivalent). Mix dry ingredients and then mix in wet ingredients. Spoon into pan and cover with foil. Bake for 20 minutes, remove foil, and bake for another 25 minutes until golden brown.
Enjoy hot, cold, or room temperature. If well covered, this will keep in the fridge for one week.

I do decaf too! I hate relying on caffeine. :)

Me too; I used to rely heavily on it when I was younger and it just wasn’t good. So, I rarely ever drink full caffeinated drinks; honestly, I just can’t handle it anymore. I get all jittery and I don’t like that feeling. Luckily, there is decaf! Haha. I seriously LOVE the taste of coffee; it’s amazing.

Update on “the strangest thing”

Got an email from my school. Financial aid had extra funds and gave out a limited amount of grants to people and I was chosen!! So it wasn’t a mistake, I got an extra $1700 that I don’t have to pay back! Best thing ever is that I no longer owe my school money and I have a little left over.
